By using this website www.budsbalm.com and purchasing products or services on it, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

By using this website and placing an order at www.budsbalm.com you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. This website, with all its contents, is intended solely for consenting adults aged 18 or over.

The material in the website is copyright by budsbalm.com. Viewing, printing and downloading the contents of the Web Site for personal use are allowed, any commercial use or re-publication anywhere is forbidden except where expressly permitted.

The contents of the website are as accurate as possible, however, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information provided and we do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously so we aim to have all orders shipped within 24 hours of order being received. This time scale may vary depending on volume of orders. Please note we only ship with in the UK. Due to current restrictions, We cannot ship to Ireland and the rest of Europe.

Orders are usually delivered the day after dispatch but please allow a day or so for your delivery to arrive. 

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be shipped until the Monday. 

Any orders placed after 2pm may not be sent until the following day. 

Once the orders are dispatched you will receive an email with full confirmation. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns and Cancellations

You have 14 calendar days to return or cancel an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Damage During Shipping

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Please contact us and provide detailed information & images for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

Legal Considerations

Buds Plus Ltd abides by UK and EU law. Council Regulation (EC) 1672/2000 states that cannabis sativa plants containing 0.2% tetrahydrocannabinol or less can be approved for cultivation as hemp.
